Protection for our members
As a member of Castlemilk Credit Union, your eligible savings and loans may benefit from insurance protection provided through ECCU Assurance. This protection is designed to provide additional peace of mind to members and their families, with cover applying subject to the terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of the policy. The cost of this protection is covered by Castlemilk Credit Union, meaning there is no separate insurance premium for members to pay.
Peace of mind when it matters
In the event of a member's death, eligible outstanding borrowing may be covered by Loan Protection Insurance, meaning the insured balance can be repaid rather than becoming a financial burden for the member's family or estate. Eligible savings may also benefit from Life Savings Insurance, which can provide an additional benefit based on the member's qualifying savings. Cover is subject to the applicable policy terms and eligibility criteria, and our team can provide further information if you would like to understand how the protection applies to you.
