Castlemilk Credit Union have made many changes over the past few years as we strive to enhance our services. We are delighted with how our members have embraced our new digital services, including; member joining and online loan applications. We believe The Members Area is the next step on our digital journey!
The Members Area allows our members to have Instant Online Access to their credit union account 24/7. Within this area members can view their accounts, make transactions, upload documents and lots more!

Features
Transactions
You can now withdraw funds directly from your account and transfer to your bank account. Withdrawals can be made through your Share 2, Share 3 and Share 4 accounts – if you don’t have any of these accounts, don’t worry, we can add them for you!
Keep in mind that all withdrawals to a bank account come with a “Faster Payment Fee” charge of £1 – you will be able to see these in your account.
Document Upload
Members can now upload and view documents which we have on our system for you; for example your Loan Agreement. You will also be able to download your documents at any time.
We may ask you for additional information regarding your loan application. You can now upload these documents straight to the Members Area, allowing us to process your application quicker.
Messaging
If you have any questions about your account you can message us directly from the Members Area!
Just click on your Inbox, from here you can start a new message to our team or view previous conversations in the Members Area.
